Young at Heart Ski Groups 
For the 50 and over crowd, ski or ride with a Powderhorn guide in like-ability groups. Emphasis is on fun, camaraderie and ski time. Apres Party after every ski day.

Dates: Every Thursday beginning December 17.
Time: Sign in at the Ski & Ride Center desk by 8:40am, groups go out promptly at 9:00am

Telefest
A Nordic downhill extravaganza!  Guest clinicians, equipment demos, fun events and an Apres-Nord Party.  New exciting additions this year!

Mavericks
Eight weeks of riding/skiing clinics for teens.  Emphasis is on safely improving all-mountain skills while riding with like-ability groups.  There will be freeride and park-specific options.  Appropriate for Level 4-9 (green-black) skiers and riders.

Freeriders
Eight full-day lessons (includes lunch) designed for kids 8-12 who want to learn to ski and ride the whole mountain. The emphasis is on having fun while still riding safely. Parents can choose the best schedule for your kids. Note: This program is not appropriate for first time skiers or riders.

Powdercats
Designed for children 4-8 with an emphasis on safety, fun, skill improvement and exploring the mountain. Note: This program is not appropriate for first time skiers or riders. All Powdercats must exhibit the ability to stop before the first lesson.

Reservations
You can reserve lessons by calling (970) 268-5700  and asking for the ski school desk. Advance reservations are essential for all Powderhorn special programs. Reservations are subject to product availability and products may sell out at any time.

Cancellations
Special programs must cancel by 2 p.m. the day prior to the first day of the program, not during the program itself.

Start times
All activities begin promptly at their designated times.  Please allow a minimum of 60 minutes to arrange for equipment rentals and arrival at your designated meeting place. As a courtesy to other on-time skiers, we are not able to accommodate late arrivals. Refunds will not be issued.
