These classes include the benefit of learning a new sport, and allow participants to gain an appreciation of and learn how to safely access the winter outdoor environment. Lessons focus on weather precautions, changing snow conditions, etiquette on the mountain and the Skier/Rider Responsibility Code. Cost for the program at the early season rate (before Nov. 2) is $249 for youth and pre-teen participants (ages 8-17), $299 for adults (18+) and $299 for full time college students.
