Sunday  Bus To Powderhorn FAQ

What is it?    Home Loan Kids Bus to Powderhorn brought to you by Home Loan and our friends from Loki Mountain Gear! Bus begins January 22nd and will run 10 consecutive Sundays.

How many people can it seat?  42 Tickets will be sold a week. People will have to have “reservation” ticket for that specific day.

Where can I purchase the tickets?  Board and Buckle 2822 North Ave-Open 8-6 Daily 970-242-9285 You must have a prepaid reserved seat to get on the bus.  Bus drivers will not be able to sell tickets.

How much? $10 round trip, bus ride only

Where can I catch the bus, and what are the pick-up times?

Lincoln Park Pool Parking lot. Bus will start loading at 7:30am and leaves at 7:45am promptly

When does is leave Powderhorn in the afternoon?  Bus it will start loading at 4:30pm to the east of the main lodge awning, leaves Powderhorn at 5pm promply, returns to Grand Junction Lincoln Park Pool approximately 6:00pm

What equipment can we bring?  All ski and snowboard equipment can be accommodated

What is the age range?  Kids age 8-15.  If the minor needs to rent equipment there needs to be a signed liability form and credit card to rent that will need to be downloaded from our website.

 
What if someone is 16 or older?  Due to liability for the bus company, this is for kids only.
