HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER


Directly responsible for administration of the company's Human Resources functions including:

•staffing/employment

•employee and labor relations

•employee orientation, development, and training

•policy development and documentation

•compensation and benefits administration

•employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PHR certification a plus; a minimum of 3-5 years of experience directly related to HR generalist duties; Demonstrated knowledge of employment and payroll regulations and legal implications; Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening ability.

Powderhorn Ski Resort (Mesa, CO) is seeking a full-time General Manager. Candidates must have extensive business experience, including 5 years or more in the ski industry. Minimum BA or BS degree and be a strategic thinker.

Fleet Maintenance Manager
 
Our Fleet Maintenance Department has an immediate opening for an experienced vehicle mechanic to manage our Fleet Maintenance Department. 
Snowcat/Snowmobile/Heavy Equipment expericence is required in order to maintain and repair all types of ski resort vehicles.
5 years of on the job experience is necessary, with knowledge of diesel and hydraulics preferred. 
Candidate must be 25 or older and have a valid, unrestricted, driver's license.
