Imagine a dramatic entrance in a romantic horse-drawn carriage. All eyes will be on you as you walk down the aisle toward a beautiful vista of aspen, spruce and wildflowers. In the fall, vibrant yellow and gold aspen set a gorgeous backdrop. You and your family will be creating special memories to last a lifetime!
After the ceremony, you and your guests move into the Sunset, which can seat up to 225 guests. A full services bar is available and there is plenty of room to dance the evening away. Our catering services offer a wide selection of buffet choice which we gladly customize for your unique event. Ask us about hosting your rehearsal dinner as well. Our knowledgeable staff can assist you with every detail to make this a stress free and memorable occasion.
Guest Accommodations
The Inn at Wildewood offers lodging for you and your guests. Each room offers a refrigerator and coffee maker and the Wildewood Condo, a fully equipped, two bedroom unit which will sleep 10. Amenities include the Bear's Den, a get together spot for you and your friends and family with comfy seating, big screen TV, pool table and seating for games. Your lodging includes a complementary continental breakfast and use of the dry sauna. Nearby Hilltop House and Goldenwoods Condos are also available for guests to Powderhorn.

Our staff is here to help you create that dream wedding and can provide you with contacts for renting those accessories such as horse and carriage, Love Doves, tents, limousines, chair covers, musicians, florists, DJ's, hair dressers, photographers, and even butterflies.
