All you need is at least 20 people and about 20 minutes to plan it. One of our associates would be happy to assist you with tickets, rentals, lessons, lodging and meals, all in one easy payment.

Groups of 20 or more receive 20% off lessons, tickets, and rentals when reserved at least seven days in advance through Powderhorn's Group Sales Office at 970-268-5700 or at www.powderhorn.com .

2007-08 Season

In order to make your planning as simple as possible we offer a 20% discount on all lift tickets, lessons, and rentals for groups of 20 or more. Please call us as you begin your planning and we'll help streamline the process so your group is on the mountain as fast as possible!

Group Guide

1. Lessons and rentals are based on availability. Larger groups may be limited to 50 snowboards on a “first come, first served” basis. Lessons fill up early, so be sure to book your group as soon as possible.
2. ALL never-ever skiers and boarders must take a full day lesson. We have discovered an entire day of instruction is the safest and most effective introduction to the sport.
3. Your group as a whole, with the exception of first timers, has the option of choosing between full or half day lessons. Unfortunately, we cannot handle the mixing of full and half-day options within a group.
4. The group coordinator will receive a complimentary lift ticket for each day your group is here.
5. Lesson times are 10:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-3:00pm. Please arrive by 8:30 at the latest in order to have adequate time for check-in.
6. Each skier/snowboarder must have a rental agreement and liability form signed prior to arrival. We would appreciate (if possible) the rental forms being filled out and mailed back to us prior to your arrival. This will enable the rental shop to give faster more accurate service.
7. A minimum of 15 people is required in order to receive the discounted lesson rate. If your group has less than 15 needing lessons, they will be required to pay the regular daily lesson rate.

Please note your group must have a MINIMUM of 20 persons in order to receive this discount. The group discount is available for children aged 8 and above. We can accommodate younger children, but regular Children’s Learning Center prices do apply, and advanced reservations are required.
