How do I get my stuff to Powderhorn?
Go to powderhorn.com and look for the "Shoot Out" Contest banner.  Follow it to the Contest info pages.  Read the rules.  Register by being "Deputized".  Then follow the online instructions to submit your pics.  Too complicated?  Text SHOOT to 95495 for details.

How can I view my submission?
Once your pics pass the muster and a Powderhorn Associate adds it to powderhorn.com, you and the rest of the world will be able to see it in the Contest Gallery.  You can check back at any time to see it, vote on it, and encourage your friends to vote on it too.  The pics with the most & best votes can win.  It's that simple.

How many times can I enter a pic?
We're accepting only one entry per person or group.

Is the contest open to anyone?
Yes. Please see the Terms and Conditions section for more information.

Will the contest pics be judged?
Yes, the pics will be judged by a group of your peers and the Powderhorn staff based on originality, production quality, script, and delivery.

Will there be prizes?
Yes, we will be awarding prizes after the voting ends every other week during the contest. At the end of February we will select a grand prize winner.   Prizes are provided by the contest sponsors.

How will I be notified if I win?
Winners will be notified by email.

For how long will my pic be available to be viewed?
We intend to keep the images in the Gallery for up to six months. After that, we may make the videos available in other formats.  We may also use the best videos in future Powderhorn marketing campaigns.
