Join us for a two-day Nordic downhill fetival during the 5th Annual TeleFest at Powderhorn! On Saturday, sharpen your technique in the bumps or learn to Telemark for the first time with help from experienced guest clinicians. We welcome Rick "Grumpy" Smith as our Avalanche Awareness class instructor, enjoy the mountains and stay safe. No fee for this vital and entertaining class! Check out the newest gear at our sponsored equipment demo tents, participate in fun events, and relax over food and drinks at Saturday's Apre-Nord party. On Sunday the 31st, Powderhorn will again be offering a $30 lift ticket exclusively for our Tele guests. Cost: Lift Ticket $30 per day Apre Party $10 Clinics $20 per day T-Shirt $10 Avalanche Class No Fee REI SnowShoe Demos. Working with WFYP (Western Flyers Youth Project) REI will supply demo snowshoes available for you to try on a specially designated loop. Times: Registration 8:30am Uphill/Downhill Race 9am Clinics 10:30am-12:30pm Group ski 1:30pm Avalanch Class 3:00pm Award Ceremony, Costume Contest and Party in the Sunset Grille starting at 4PM Sunday is fun day!
